The Commission on Regulatory Enforcement

Our Mandate

As the name suggests, the purpose of the Commission on Regulatory Enforcement is to control, direct and manage the government securities guidelines and directions relating to corporate filings, and all organizations documentation. In addition to our primary purpose and just as vital, we act as a mediator and provide corporate oversight in the event of a merger or acquisition, or in a liquidation ensuring that all documentation is met filed correctly with he appropriate agencies and/or foreign governments.

We oversee that all elements of businesses involved in any such dealings and exchanges do as such in a lawful, fair and unbiased manner. One of our principle guidelines is that proper direction is useful and required for any business. Typically when negligence occurs it discolors the notoriety and respectability of the entire business. We maintain a stringent adherence and integrity of important Federal and State regulations. The Commission on Regulatory Enforcement understands and requires that documentation being recorded and presented must be in good standing, especially in today’s business age. We endeavor to stay up to date with directions and laws set out in shareholders exchanges and strive to fulfill each recipient understanding in both corporate and individual filings.
